Dynamos off season signing King Nadolo got a taste of the action in Zimbabwe’s nil all draw
with Malawi in an international friendly encounter at the Mpira stadium in Blantyre yesterday. Nadolo who was among the local based players called up to the Warriors squad for the Malawi trip came on as a second half substitute in an encounter where 16 players were used.
The Warriors encounter was being used as part of preparations for Zimbabwe’s upcoming back-to-back AFCON qualifiers against Algeria next month.
Nadolo is among dembare’s high profile signings after crossing the floor from Telone to the glamour boys. Nadolo who was among the 2019 soccer star finalists will be hoping for future calls after Croat Zdravko Logarusic handed him with an opportunity of showcasing his talent against Malawi.
Although the league has been delayed by the covid-19 pandemic which has led to the resumption of football being put on hold, Nadolo will be eager to impress Dynamos fans when action does finally resume.
With Confederation of African Football having set dates for the rescheduled African Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament, Nadolo will be among local based players that will be vying for places in the squad which will travel to Cameroon.King Nadolo is expected to add attacking impetus to the glamour boys having previously excelled at Highlanders and more recently Telone.
