Dynamos Football Club is living up to the adage that “blessed is the hand that gives”, with
the club set to present goodies to senior citizens of Mbare on Friday.
The initiative which is being done in collaboration with our title sponsors Remington Gold, is part of the clubs social responsibility initiatives aimed at bringing the glamour closer to its roots and giving back to the community.
The event which will be held at Amai Musodzi Hall is set to be graced by some of the clubs top talents. As part of the glamour boys turn around strategy, connecting with various communities in CSR initiatives will be a key area of focus going forward, “As Dynamos we are recognizing the importance of giving back especially during these difficult times where several livelihoods have been made difficult by the covid-19 pandemic and as such we have seen it fit to do something for the elderly in Mbare”, said Jonathan Mashingaidze.
Despite on field inactivity Dynamos has pledged to be active off the field with Friday bearing testimony to the clubs broad vision where activity should go beyond training and fulfilling fixtures.
The event being staged in Mbare resonates well with the club’s formation which is rooted in Mbare, one of the oldest surburbs in Harare.
