Dembare’s competition for places

King Nadolo who scored the solitary goal in Dynamos 1-0 win over Harare City in the Chibuku Super Cup, admits that competition amongst players is high this season at the club.

Nadolo came in as a second half substitute and scored from an Emmanuel Jalai cross. The goal handed Dynamos the three points and increased the lead over other teams in group one.

Nadolo highlighted how the fight for a spot in the matchday squad has improved his game.

”Its very hard I can say but demanding. It makes you a better player coz week in, week out there¬† is competition. So there is no time to relax. We have very capable players, all of us can do the job. I am not relaxed, I am not in my comfort zone. It makes me improve.”

Nadolo was injured in the first game against Herentals and missed the next matches against ZPC Kariba and Yadah. He was on the bench against CAPS United and aagain against Harare City.

Dembare Head Coach Tonderai Ndiraya admitted in the post match press conference  after the Harare City victory that Nadolo is not yet 100% fit.
