King Nadolo feels blessed to be part of the Warriors squad for the second tournament this year. Nadolo is one of the three Dynamos players called up to the Warriors squad for the COSAFA Cup starting on 7 July.
”I always feel blessed when I get called up for the national team. I feel blessed to once again be in the team,” Nadolo said.
The attacking midfielder was part of the squad for the Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) earlier this year.
He joins team mates Godknows Murwira and Shadreck Nyahwa in the twenty five players squad to represent the country at the annual, regional tournament.
“It is my second time to be in the COSAFA squad and I’m grateful for another opportunity presented to me.
“I am just excited because it is everyone’s wish to represent their country. My hope and prayer is to positively contribute to the overall objectives.”
Nadolo added that he is ready for the competition,
“I’m ready to represent my country and I’m looking forward to working with other players. Whoever will be selected must do the job and we will be supporting them.”
Zimbabwe, record winners of the competition, are in Group C, together with Mozambique, Namibia and guests Senegal.
